  • Are you insured?

    We only use quality tradesmen who work for us. We have the necessary insurance. 

  • Do you have pay monthly options?

    We do have 0% finance and pay monthly options. Speak to us about what we can do for you? 

  • Do you deal with ECO grants?

    Qualis deals with both private heating & insulation solutions as well as ECO grants. If you're a homeowner and in receipt of benefits like Universal Credits, you may be eligible for an ECO grant. Check out our sister site

  • Will I need to pay a deposit?

    That's not how we operate at Qualis. We don’t require any deposits from you. We'll only ask for payment once the job is complete and you're happy. 

  • Can I pay for my boiler install on my Credit Card?

    We like to make it easy for our customers. We accept most payment methods including credit cards. 

  • Do I need to prepare anything in advance of my install?

    All we need is access to the property that any access points are clear and that the areas we will be working are clear. We are always on hand from enquiry through to install and aftercare. If there's anything you need, just get in touch. 

  • Will I need to stay at home during my install?

    No, we know you've got better stuff to do than watching a boiler getting fitted. As long as there's someone to let us in on the morning of the installation, just leave us a spare key and we will pop it back through the letterbox when we are done. 

  • How long will does it typically take?

    We try and do it as quickly as possible. Most installs take between 1-2 days but it really depends on your property. We will give you an idea of how long it will take at your technical survey. 

  • Will I still have heat and hot water?

    Most installations will be completed within a day but if it takes longer you may be without water during that time. If you have any vulnerable adults or children, let us know in advance and we will try and work with you to limit the inconvenience to you. 

  • Where will you need access to?

    Your utility meters and the mains water stopcock. It is helpful if you know where they are, but if not, we're sure our engineers will track them down. 

  • Do you leave the waste?

    We never leave waste, we're Qualis - A quality job from start to finish is what you'll get! 

  • Do you offer an after care package?

    Speak to Qualis about our aftercare and servicing packages 

  • What if I don't know how to work my new system?

    Don't worry, our engineers won't leave you in the lurch, they will show you how to work it but if you still need more help oncet they have left your property, we are just at the other end of the phone.
